From the high-rise where we were staying above the Cinta Costera, we watched the city wake—early, very early. With the sunrise, everything began to move: cars weaving through this impressive avenue, birds slicing the sky, the breeze stirring gently, and the promise of warmth stretching over the bay. The ocean mirrored it all, calm and silver, holding the light like a secret.
Then, from the opposite side of our view, the sun made its slow descent. The city softened under the amber light of sunset, shadows lengthened, and the sea turned from blue to silver. Down below, people walked the Cinta Costera, soaking in the last glow of day. To witness both sunrise and sunset from the same place felt like standing at the heart of something—still, luminous, and beautifully complete.

These moments were captured during our three-month stay in Panama City, where we witnessed the city’s beauty at sunrise and sunset.
